What is your shipping policy?

When you order you will be ask to submit your payment information. Once payment is received, your product will be packaged and shipped out within 24 hours and within 3-4 days will arrive at the address that you have provided. A tracking number will be issued when the package has shipped for easy tracking.

What is your return policy?

We accept all returns withing 30 days of delivery. Once your package has been received and inspected we will issue you a full refund. This process normally takes no more than 24 hours. There is no restocking fee however items must be as they were when they were shipped, nothing damaged or missing. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

How long will Palm Leaf plates and bowls last?

Disposable areca palm leaf plates and bowls will start to warp and degrade in approximately 60 days once they have been unwrapped. While still in packaging they can last well over a year. They are lightweight and safe to burn. They are completely compostable which makes them an ideal eco-friendly choice.

How to dispose of Palm Leaf plates and bowls?

Palm leaf plates are suitable for the home compost or commercial composting if you have it in your area. They also can be safely burned, without emitting toxic vapors like petroleum plastic.

Are Palm Leaf plates and bowls microwave-safe?

Unlike styrofoam or plastic plates and bowls, these plates and bowls can be used to reheat food in the microwave. You can microwave them on high for up to 2 minutes.

Are Palm Leaf plates and bowls oven-safe?

They are oven safe for up to 30 minutes at 350 degrees (make sure that there is at least 6 inches between the plates and the heat source).

Are Palm Leaf plates and bowls refrigerator-safe?

They are refrigerator-safe, however they are prone to damp environments so it is recommended to use them promptly after being refrigerated and then properly discarded.

Are Palm Leaf plates and bowls good for the environment?

Palm Leaf is completely sustainable because only the fallen leaves are used to make the products. No tree is harmed to produce them. Only naturally fallen. Being biodegradable and compostable these plates and bowls won’t harm the environment, they have a zero carbon footprint and great for the environment.

How long do reusable Bamboo drinking straws last?

Reusable bamboo drinking straws can last well over a year if properly cared for. However it is recommended that you change them every 180 days. Because they are made from a natural plant they can start to develop mold and degrade after 180 days.

Are Bamboo drinking straws good for the environment?

Bamboo drinking straws are made from 100% natural bamboo so they are an excellent eco-friendly choice. Bamboo is a sustainable plant and bamboo straws are sustainable because they are reusable. These bamboo straws have zero carbon footprint making them great for the environment.

How long do disposable sugarcane drinking straws last?

Sugarcane drinking straws will last well over a year before degrading about 18 months. They won’t quickly break down in your drink like paper straws and because of the sugarcane fiber they are stronger than petroleum plastic straws.

How well do they do in hot and cold drinks?

Sugarcane straws can be used in drinks up to 140 degrees fahrenheit and will do fine in cold drinks. They are great for many types of drinks.

Are disposable sugarcane straws edible?

Sugarcane straws are NOT edible. They are made with real sugarcane but they go through a process to make them into a plant based plastic.
